You have questions, we've got answers! Listed below we've gathered together a few of the most common questions we get from our couples. But, it would get a bit messy around here if we listed every question we're sent. So, if you don't see what you're looking for please reach out and let us know by filling out our contact form!
Can we meet before we hire you?
Definitely!
We would love to meet you. Getting to your photographer is very important before you make a decision. This gives you a chance to ask questions and get to know one another before your big day.
What do you need to reserve our wedding date?
A High-Five and A signed contract with a 35% down payment are all we need to make that date all your own.
How long will it take to get my images?
We tell our couples to plan on no more than 4 weeks. Outside of peak season we shoot for even sooner! 🙂
Will you travel?
Our Bags Are Packed!
We absolutely love to travel for destination weddings. Shoot us an email using our contact form and tell us all about your wedding day plans. We can then get you more information about our packages and travel rates based on your destination.
Do you have elopement packages?
We do!
If you are looking at having a small family & friends wedding we have put together elopement packages for those. Dates are based on availability and peak season. Elopement packages range from 2-4 hours and generally can not be booked on Saturdays. For more information on our elopement packages, please get in touch with us through our contact form!
Do you photograph more than weddings?
Absolutely!
When we are not clicking away at a wedding or engagement session we do fit in other types of photography. We also do high school seniors, family portraits, business photography, and newborns. These are all based on availability around our wedding schedule.
Our venue wants to know if you are insured?
That’s a big ol’ Yes!
Tell your venue that won’t be any problem at all. We can provide them with all the required paperwork to photograph there.
What kind of camera gear do you use?
Oh we love talking camera gear!
We are a Canon couple. We both shoot 5d Mark IV’s as our main’s with 5d Mark III’s as our backups. We only use Canon’s top of the line L Series lenses and we have more batteries & cards than, as we say in the south, you could shake a stick at.
