I honestly don’t know where to start with describing Sara and Trey’s love story. Since we knew Sara from the time we taught her in Sunday School as a teen and then she became our assistant for shooting weddings, it’s hard to fully put into words what one sees when they watch a couple’s love grow from a tiny bud to a blossoming flower. Sara would tell us about “this guy she liked” and then they started dating and she wanted OUR advice on him before she got too far? I mean, that’s deep right there! So so precious. For that and so many other reasons, this wedding was super near and dear to our hearts. We have grown to know and love Trey just like Sara and we are honored to have been the “approvers”, the mentors, the wedding helpers, and the wedding documenters. It was one of the most precious days we’ve had the pleasure of capturing and we only hope that the photos can convey not only the pride and the joy we have for these guys, but also the love that oozes out of these two kindred souls as they reveled in their joyous celebration of marriage.
Sara wanted a “first look” with her dad and four brothers. Um, yes please. Those reactions are adorable.
The reception doesn’t look it, but it was freezing..in the middle of May! What?!
