We met Megan when she was a bridesmaid in this wedding. Little did we know that Megan and Joey had been married for three years and had NEVER had professional photos done of themselves as a couple. Say what? I’m talking no professional engagement OR wedding photos. Just snaps here and there, but nothing formal. So, when we did our instagram giveaway and drawing, and the piece of paper with her name on it got wedged underneath my fingernail for me to easily choose, I actually had no idea just how deserving she was of this session. As we started chatting more, I literally got goosebumps just hearing her talk about how she’s always wanted nice photos of the two of them together but never had the opportunity to invest in them. So we planned the session and wanted a more natural feel, but still a little special since it was nearing their anniversary. We choose Cane Creek Park, on a lovely spring afternoon, and she donned an adorable white dress and flower crown. I loved it, but more so, I loved THEM and how sweet they were throughout the whole project. Here are a few of our favorite portraits of the lovely Mr. & Mrs. <3 Joey, you rock.
