Whitney and Josh’s wedding is one we have looked forward to for what feels like forever. We first met Whitney at her brother’s wedding five years ago. She is a photographer herself, and so the pressure was certainly on! We had a blast with this incredibly down to earth couple at their spring engagement session, where we really got to know how cool of a guy Josh really is. We learned from family how much he mellows Whitney out, and how much Whitney’s family loves him for that. Ha! These two are MADE for each other and we loved getting to see their love story turn into forever on this gorgeous September day. Remember Whitney’s brother I mentioned? Well, we shot his wedding five years TO THE DAY before Whitney and Josh’s. What an incredible anniversary gift, to be able to share the day with loved ones. The weather could not have been more perfect and we enjoyed every single second with this family who made us feel like we were family too!
Since Whitney’s dad owns the Green Hills Golf Course in Riddleton, Tennessee, it was a great fit for this wedding. They shut the course down for the day so that the beauty could unfold, and boy it did. Look at the thought and talent that pulled this together – simply beautiful. We can’t wait to share these beauties with you all. (and a BLUSH dress? I was in heaven!!!) So, here goes!
